2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

We receive your reservation request.
Payment or deposit (when required) has been successfully received.
You receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message from our team.

Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in the currency displayed on our website unless otherwise stated.

Prices include only the services listed in the tour description.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust prices before a booking is confirmed.

4. Payment

We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

Full payment may be required before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 48 hours before departure: Free cancellation and full refund.
Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Changes to Bookings

If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Tour Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify tour routes, attractions, departure times, or schedules due to:

Weather conditions
Road closures
Traffic
Government regulations
Safety concerns
Operational requirements

Any necessary changes will be made with your safety and enjoyment in mind.

8. Train Street Visits

Many of our tours include Hanoi Train Street.

Access to Train Street is controlled by local authorities and may change without notice. If access is restricted, we will visit the nearest permitted viewing area.

We cannot guarantee that a train will pass during your visit, as train schedules may change.

9. Hotel Pickup

Complimentary pickup and drop-off are available for hotels located within Hanoi Old Quarter.

Guests staying outside the Old Quarter may be asked to meet at a designated meeting point.

10. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and drivers.
Wear the supplied helmet throughout the tour.
Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time.
Respect local customs, communities, and other travelers.
Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before the tour.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if a guest’s behavior endangers others or significantly disrupts the tour.

11. Safety

Your safety is our highest priority.

Our tours are operated by experienced, licensed drivers using regularly maintained motorbikes. However, participation in a motorbike tour involves inherent risks.

By joining the tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

12. Weather

Our tours operate in most weather conditions.

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may delay, reschedule, modify, or cancel a tour.

13. Travel Insurance

Basic passenger insurance is included during the tour.

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, personal belongings, and trip cancellations.

14. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.

Hanoi Motorbike Tours Led By Women is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items unless required by applicable law.

15. Photography

Our guides may take photographs during the tour for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform your guide before the tour begins.
