About Our Founder
Hello, Xin Chào!
I’m Sophie Pham, Founder of Hanoi Motorbike Tours Led By Women.

My passion for travel has always been about more than visiting beautiful places—it’s about connecting people with authentic cultures, meaningful stories, and unforgettable experiences. Vietnam has been my greatest inspiration. From the majestic mountains of the Northwest and Northeast to the tranquil beaches of Central Vietnam, the vibrant streets of Ho Chi Minh City, and the peaceful waterways of the Mekong Delta, every journey has deepened my love for this incredible country.
I began my career in tourism in 2009, working as a freelance tour guide across Northern Vietnam and the breathtaking Halong Bay. In 2010, I joined one of Vietnam’s leading adventure travel companies as a professional tour leader, where I spent years welcoming travelers from around the world and creating memorable journeys filled with authentic local experiences.
These experiences taught me that today’s travelers are looking for something far beyond traditional sightseeing. They want genuine connections with local people, hidden places that guidebooks often miss, and experiences that reveal the real heart of Vietnam.
That vision inspired me to establish Hanoi Motorbike Tours Led By Women—a company dedicated to showcasing Hanoi through the eyes of passionate local women who know and love their city. Today, our all-female team proudly shares the culture, cuisine, history, and everyday life of Hanoi while providing guests with a safe, personal, and unforgettable adventure.
Every tour we create is designed to help visitors experience the city as locals do—not simply as tourists.
Discover The Real Hanoi
At Hanoi Motorbike Tours Led By Women, we believe the true spirit of Hanoi is found beyond the famous landmarks.
Our carefully designed motorbike adventures take you through bustling markets, hidden alleyways, centuries-old neighborhoods, lakeside communities, local family restaurants, and vibrant street food corners rarely visited by ordinary tourists. Every route is created to reveal the authentic rhythm of daily life while introducing the fascinating history and culture that make Hanoi one of Asia’s most captivating capitals.
Whether you’re enjoying legendary street food, crossing the historic Long Bien Bridge, exploring quiet backstreets, or meeting welcoming local families, you’ll experience a side of Hanoi that most visitors never discover.
Tours Led By Passionate Local Women
What truly makes us different is our incredible team.
Our professional female riders and local guides are not only highly trained and experienced—they are proud ambassadors of Vietnamese culture. Their warmth, local knowledge, and genuine hospitality transform every ride into an engaging cultural experience rather than simply a sightseeing tour.
Safety, professionalism, and personal attention are at the heart of everything we do, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy every moment of your adventure.
