Part 1: Meet & Safety Briefing
Your culinary adventure begins at 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM when our team of female drivers and guides from Ao Dai Motorbike City Tours meet you at your hotel. After a thorough safety briefing, we’ll get you comfortable on our Eco Honda Lead Scooters, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride through the heart of Hanoi.
Part 2: Banh Cuon Experience in the Old Quarter
Our first stop is a local café famous for its Banh Cuon (steamed rice rolls), celebrated as the best in Hanoi. Watch the chef craft this delicious dish and learn about the techniques behind it. Then, we’ll take a scenic ride through the Old Quarter, glowing with lanterns and lively street lights, before heading to the Red River for a glimpse of Hanoi’s captivating nightlife.
Part 3: Bun Cha & West Lake Views
Next, we’ll indulge in Bun Cha (grilled pork with vermicelli noodles) at one of Hanoi’s beloved family-run restaurants. Afterward, we’ll ride to West Lake, soaking in the beautiful views before making our way to Ngu Xa Hamlet to enjoy freshly grilled fish, Hanoian-style Pho, banana salads, and other traditional Vietnamese dishes.
Part 4: Ho Chi Minh Memorial & Train Street
Our journey continues past the Ho Chi Minh Memorial, where we witness the nightly ceremonial honors. Then, we’ll take a ride to Train Street, a vibrant neighborhood where locals live and work alongside active train tracks, giving you an authentic look at Hanoi’s everyday life.
Part 5: Egg Coffee & Secret Dessert
We’ll conclude our tour at a well-known café to enjoy the famous Vietnamese egg coffee—an iconic drink made with whipped egg yolks, condensed milk, and a shot of espresso, resembling a tiramisu-like treat.
